Pain Area: Microsoft’s list of target audience included IT Managers, CIO’s, VP of technology.
The key challenge was to address this pain area to make sure that Microsoft’s message resonates.
BACKGROUND
Microsoft Security Essentials is a free antivirus program for personal computers, which provides real-time protection against viruses, spyware and other malicious software . Microsoft Security Essentials, built for individuals and small businesses, is based on the same technology that Microsoft uses to protect giant businesses. The client approached the company with specific campaign goals on targeting, and the volumes to be delivered, with specified timelines. The main objective of the overall product promotion focused on the following points for IT heads and CIOs of large tech companies and enterprises.
