The compound semiconductor is an innovative and advanced semiconductor material that is made up of more than one element such as gallium, nitrogen, aluminium, arsenic, phosphorus and so on. The purpose of their use is to integrate the electrical and optical properties of semiconductor devices. Compound semiconductors are widely used in the fabrication of integrated circuits, radio frequency components and optoelectronics.
