The Bristol Group is a design-build manufacturer of precast concrete and commercial construction firm wall panels and other structural products, catering to consumers in the multi-family, commercial, parking structure, industrial, corrections, and hospitality markets. Bristol Precast offers prestressed concrete products and engineered precast throughout Kentucky, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia. The company has several offices in Lexington and an art production plant in Charlestown, Indiana. The agreement involves all parameters of the Bristol Precast business. The CEO of Fabcon, Mike Rafi, said that the company's new deal will allow Fabcon to extend the company's Mid-South market penetration and to better cater to the area with the most thorough range of precast solutions available. He further added that they are devoted to extending the best customer experience as the organization grows its market footprint and capabilities.
