The launch of the Carb CuttingTM line of tortillas was announced today by La Tortilla Factory and Tortilla King, Flagship Food Group, for 2023. The lineup includes the first full-sized keto-friendly, zero-net-carb tortilla in the industry. The Carb Cutting line, introduced under the La Tortilla Factory brand, consists of three tortillas: a 4-gram Net Carb flour tortilla, a 4-gram Net Carb Whole Wheat tortilla and a Zero Net Carb tortilla. The first Zero Net Carb product of this size to hit the market, all of the tortillas are soft taco size. The launch of the Carb Cutting product line coincides with consumer demands for new low-carb and keto-friendly tortilla options.
