In December 2022, ePac Holdings, LLC. announced sales and manufacturing facilities to serve consumer-packaged goods brands in Northern England, Scotland, and Ireland. It will strengthen the organization’s operations in Europe.
In December of 2024, companies like Procter and Gamble and Unilever in Cameroon were working to achieve their sustainability goals. Respectively, these firms declared the commencement of new ranges which included elaborated in a series of sachets that are recyclable, shampoo, soap, and cleaning solutions. This development was exacerbated by the rise of a newly formed class in urban Cameroon that sought inexpensive and environmentally friendly solutions to packaged goods.
In April 2023, Nestlé Cameroon extended the range of its product offerings under its sachet recycling scheme to cover instant noodles, powdered drinks and bouillion cubes. Such products were sold with a label stating that the sachets are recyclable or biodegradable.
