Amazon Global Selling has introduced its first cross-border e-commerce brand launching platform in Singapore to assist SMEs in tapping into the growth potential of cross-border e-commerce. The initiative aims to equip local entrepreneurs with cross-border e-commerce expertise and facilitate their access to the burgeoning opportunities in this area, enabling them to build sustainable global enterprises. Over the next two years, the program seeks to help over 100 local Singapore micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) launch and expand their brands through global selling. Additionally, it looks to equip at least 300 Singapore companies with knowledge of cross-border e-commerce through long-term knowledge sharing and collaboration.
