    • July 2022: Fujifilm Healthcare Americas declared the beginning of the U.S. introduction of the FDR Cross hybrid c-arm and portable X-ray system in July 2022. Fujifilm's FDR cross solution was developed specifically for outpatient care facilities including clinics and ASCs. In a press statement, the business boasted that its innovative dual-function c-arm was the first of its type to provide both portable fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging on a single platform, eliminating the need to transport extra imaging equipment for crucial image-guided treatments. Compared to traditional configurations of a separate c-arm and transportable X-ray machine, the platform's novel, rotating tube head and detachable detector design allows for more freedom of imaging and efficiency. The latest ultra-lightweight glass-free FDR D-EVO III detectors from Fujifilm are also compatible with the platform.
