January 2023: The leading provider of telehealth services in the market, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, announced its rebranding as Veradigm in January 2023. Allscripts split up with 2bPrecise, an acquisition that focused on gathering genetic and genomic data from EHRs to support precision medicine initiatives, prior to joining AccessDX. Unlike other healthcare technology companies, Veradigm offers clinical data for biopharma and health insurance, as well as point-of-care clinical software and patient outreach platforms for healthcare providers. The formerly known health IT firm will now operate under a new brand name and offer connectivity and analytics solutions following two years of internal reform.

January 2023: A global supplier of real-world behavioral health evidence and data analytics, Holmusk announced in January 2023 that Veradigm Inc., previously Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., had contributed $45 million to the company as part of its series B financing round. The financing was led by Veradigm and included Heritas Capital, Health Catalyst Capital, Novartis (dRx Capital), Northwell Holdings (the venture investment division of Northwell Health), and other prior investors.
