Volvo Construction Equipment has launched a New Fluid Analysis software. With the addition of lubricants, diesel fuels, diesel exhaust fluid (AdBlue), and coolants, the service extends on its current Oil Analysis programme.

Around two-thirds of all bearing failures are attributed to lubrication problems, which can account for up to 75% of repair costs and downtime. enhanced uptime and a reduction in total cost of ownership will result from this new program's enhanced ability to equip customers to take preventive action against contamination and wear.

The first artificial intelligence (AI) platform-driven analysis by Volvo CE to detect wear metals, pollutants, or changes in fluid conditions is called fluid analysis. To assist customers make better decisions, the new approach leverages data analysis to produce clear reports and insights. AI quickens the testing process so that lab professionals can concentrate on more important tasks like analysing unusual or crucial materials.

In collaboration with the Sankagiri Lorry Owners Association, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd., a Hinduja Group firm, built AdBlue dispensers for the Sankagiri trucker community.

This is only one of many actions Gulf has made to enhance the AdBlue supply chain in India. In order to address the current problem of AdBlue availability encountered by owners of diesel engine commercial vehicles following BS-4 criteria, these dispensers will be placed strategically.
