Mar 2023: A deal to sell the Vyaire consumables business to SunMed, a major North American producer and distributor of consumable medical equipment for anesthesia and respiratory care, was announced by Vyaire Medical. The Vyaire consumables range includes well-known brands, including AirLifeTM oxygen therapy, Vital SignsTM anesthetic circuits, SuperNO2VATM nasal PAP ventilation, cutting-edge airway management, and operational care technology. Thanks to these well-established products, patients can choose from a unique variety of products. Vyaire can advance our strategic expansion goals through this divestment while concentrating on our market-leading respiratory diagnostic and ventilation businesses. Following the transaction's conclusion, the merged companies will establish an established respiratory and anesthetic consumables supplier. These complimentary product lines will improve SunMed's whole product offering to its clients and patients globally.

June 2023: By March 2025, Chennai will be the location of Omron Healthcare, a supplier and manufacturer of digital blood pressure monitors. Mahindra Industrial Park Chennai Limited (MIPCL), a partnership comprising Mahindra World City Developers Limited and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan, announced a BSE filing. The healthcare factory's main product line will be blood pressure monitors, which it will supply for household use. The plant will be constructed on 6.02 acres at Origins by Mahindra in Chennai.
